• Proven experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, technical design, or senior consulting roles.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities across multiple product lines.
• Proficiency in integration design, API frameworks, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), data models, and platform security standards.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and compliant architectures aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading design workshops with customers.
• Experience guiding technical teams during implementation to ensure architectural consistency and delivery quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in client-facing environments.
• Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-country project teams.
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery models and ability to work effectively in either.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a strong advantage.
• Additional certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) are considered an asset.
