5+ years of experience in IT project management, with 2+ years focusing on ServiceNow

Personal qualities and skills

  1. Proven experience in project management within ServiceNow, ITSM, or digital transformation projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks — both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall.
  3. Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial tracking.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning business and technical teams.
  5. Experience leading multicultural, remote, and cross-country project teams.
  6. Familiarity with ServiceNow fundamentals and general understanding of enterprise IT systems.
  7. Experience working with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar
  8. Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master required or strongly preferred.
  9. ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification is a plus.
  10. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
