4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with 2+ years in a lead role.

Personal qualities and skills

  1. Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and technical leadership.
  2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and custom app development.
  3. Ability to lead development teams, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards.
  4. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, performance optimization, and best practices.
  5. Experience supporting solution architects in transforming business requirements into technical designs.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers and consultants.
  7. Experience working in multicultural, distributed delivery environments.
  8. Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
  9. ServiceNow CSA,CAD certifications and CIS in a specific product line required.
  10. Additional certifications in ITIL, cloud technologies, or automation frameworks are an advantage.
